officially the last post!!!<br /><br />so today we went to Kohl's early bird sale to see if we can buy any cheap items..<br />hahahas<br />we then went to have our lunch<br />we had Vietnamese Lunch<br />at Phang Bin restaurant<br />nice lunch!<br />had lemon grass chicken<br />haas<br /><br />we then went to Ranch 99 to buy bread..<br />and stuffs..<br />and our dinner..<br />YA..we bought dinner after lunch<br />HAHA<br /><br />we then went to buy PIES!<br />we went to Marie Calendar<br />it sells real nice pies<br />we bought the banana cream pie<br />and it looks delicious<br /><br />we then went home<br />and played Rummy O<br />before i had this splitting headache<br />but we still went to Church..<br />went back to Saddleback Church<br />and this time..it was a christmas concert<br />a famous signer was there..<br />singing christmas songs..<br />and launching his album there..<br />because he grew up in the church i guess<br />though his songs sound old..<br />and nt-so-very-nice-cos-its-nt-my-generation-type-of-songs..<br />but we still had to hear..<br />because he was singing it right in the service<br />so u dun have much of a choice<br />u noe..<br />ya..<br />the sermon today was about Christmas revealing the Power of God..<br />and it was interesting..<br />and funny<br />it was like..<br />woah..<br />this pastor can really crack jokes!<br />loads of jokes when its the nt so serious parts..<br />for example..<br />he asked if the adults did the hw he gave..<br />and the adults din do actually...<br />then he was like..<br />i used to pastor the youths..<br />and these students would always be scolded if they din do their work..<br />u noe..<br />slacking..<br />and now its like the adults are slacking..<br />and then all the adults start laughing..<br />and he laughs..<br />and everyone laughs..<br />or he gives another joke..<br />about this boy who like his daughter..<br />and after one sermon..<br />this boy dressed in baggy pants said to him<br />'Mr Fields, you can really speak our language man!'<br />and the pastor went..'oh really? but i dont like you.pull up your pants.'<br />and everyone laughs<br />HAHA<br />ok..nt our kind of joke..but it still is the lame jokes that sound funny!<br /><br />we then went back home for dinner<br />ya..the dinner we bought after lunch<br />had..<br />Fried Rice<br />Beef />nooo...<br />nt spore kind of tubs..<br />spore tubs are at most 2 litres<br />the tubs here are like 4 to 5 litres..and half the price!<br />omgoodness!<br />hahahahs<br />then they sell everything so so big!<br />so we bought like..alot of stuffs..<br />and such as the chewy bars..<br />which like sell like 6 for 6 dollars in spore..<br />bt here..is 60 for 11 dollars<br />which is very very much cheaper!<br /><br />we then went to another costco to buy mre stuffs<br />bt cos aunt chwee hoon wasnt sure of the direcxtions..<br />we followed aunt jeanette's car..<br />who was with us all the while..<br />unfortuantely..<br />we lost track of her car..<br />cos she drives so fast..<br />and there were lots of cars on the freeway..<br />(oh..btw..a freeway is spore version of expressway without ERP..a tollroad is spore version of expressway with erp..so spore saves mre $$ by combining both freeway and tollroad together)<br />but we eventually found her at the other costco..<br />and we bought mre stuffs!<br />and had loads of free sampling<br /><br />we then went home for lunch<br />which was Steamed Dumplings and mango dessert<br />it was nice!<br />me and my sis had 10 dumplings<br />LOL<br /><br />we then went for a hot air balloon ride<br />YUP<br />in a basket and the hot air balloon goes up up and away!<br />and here's the best part.<br />it was FREE<br />YUP<br />FREE<br />oh well..actually..<br />the hot air balloon was like..<br />chained to the ground..<br />adnw e went to 250 feets up in the air..<br />it cld hav gone 400 feets up..but due to strong sherbet with rum<br />we oso ahd a peppermint sundae with brownies..and a scoop of peppermint..a scoop of mocha almond fudge..and a scoop of chopcolate mint<br />it was so nice can!<br />btr then to California Adventure Park.<br />Our first ride was Soaring over California..<br />which had an awesome view of the whole california as we flew over the entire california<br /><br />we then went for a show called muppet vision 3d which had an abundance of techonlogy in 3d movies..they blasted walls from the screen..had sesame street ppl peering out of screen..<br />just amazing..<br /><br />we then went to take Hollywood's twilight tower of terror..<br />which was a story of how 5 ppl who took the lift on one fateful nite became ghosts..<br />and then it shows us how the lift went..<br />to the 13th floor..<br />because there nvr was a 13 floor!<br />haas<br />it was an elevator ride..<br />which brought us backwards first..<br />then it shot up all the way..<br />coming down sudddenly..<br />and up again!<br />but intensity rating nt very bad..<br /><br />we then went to take the ride called..<br />Big Bear Water Rafting..<br />it was FUN!<br />and very WET<br />it was like white water rafting..<br />and when the ride was about to end..<br />and we were saying things like..<br />thats nt very wet..<br />a huge jet of water appears in front of us..<br />drenching us all soaking wet..<br />guess we said the wrong words!<br />hahas<br /><br />we then went to burger invasion for lunch.<br />as we sat under the hot sun..<br />trying to dry ourselves<br /><br />we then went to watch Aladdin show<br />it was the best show i ever watched in my whole life!<br />i loved the part where Jasmine hops onto the magic carpet with Aladdin and they fly off in the air..right infront of our eyes!<br />then they sing the song A Whole New World<br />aww...<br />so sweet rite..<br />hahas<br />magically nice<br />i guess thats what everyone must feel like when in Disneyland!<br />and the Genie was o so cute!<br />he was like..talking to the bird..and the bird who din want to be killed sang this<br />'A whole new bird!!'<br />and the genie replied<br />'two words. Chicken Nugget!'<br />hahaha<br />FUNNY!<br /><br />we then went to eat the ice cream..<br />which was nice!<br />i had orange swirls..<br />my sis had candyfloss swirls<br />and caleb had bubblegum swirls..<br />oooo..<br />nice ice cream!<br /><br />we then went to take the giant ferris wheel again..<br />cos we took it the last time we came..,<br />but this time it din swing..<br />we took the non swinging gondola..<br /><br />hmm<br />we then went home..<br />this marks the end of our annual pass to Disneyland and California Adventure Park..<br />lets see..<br />a fitting response..<br />'Time may past..but the memories will last forever!'<br />absolutely right.<br />in my memories now..<br />are fond times of the fireworks,rides..the fun and laughter..everything!<br />like in the show 'Meet the Robinsons', its time to keep moving forward.<br /><br />we went back to nice time deli for dinner..<br />had pork chop noodles soup<br />it was a nice meal..<br />hot soup..hot tea..<br />in this cold freezing weather..<br />if we stayed further inland, then the temp would be like 1 farenheight..<br />lawl..<br />like -15 degrees<br />sure freeze pls..<br /><br />so..<br />i jus to the movies<br />we wanted to watch the show Enchanted<br />and so we went to catch the 10am show..<br />we were the first customers of the cinema..<br />whcih was called REGAL Cinemas<br />we bot our tickets..<br />which were US$9 per person..<br />which is very expensive<br /><br />we then bought some food..<br />we bot nachos and a medium drink..<br />actually..<br />i ordered them..tinking the size was the same as that in spore..<br />but when i saw it..<br />i gt a horror<br />horror of my life<br />it was so so so big<br />cld have fainted...<br />u noe..<br />jaws drop wide..<br />and the persons erving us just smiled and said '$10.50 sir'<br />i stared at my sis..<br />and our jaws dropped<br />ok..was our only response.<br /><br />it was very very interesting from then on..<br />we were the only ones in the big cinema..<br />u see..<br />they have 22 theatres..<br />and we were the only one in the whole place..<br />so we had the entire cinema to ourselves<br />in fact..<br />it was a school day..<br />and several ppl working at the cinema tot we escaped from sch..<br />LOL<br /><br />we then watched the show..<br />and it was very very NICE!<br />the song on show ended..<br />and we went to find my aunt..cuz and mum..<br />we had lunch..<br />and then went home..<br /><br />we went home to play Rummy-O<br />and it was another ncie game!<br />we then went to send caleb for his KArate class...<br />and we went to....<br />CANDYCANE LANE<br />it wasnt entirely made up of Candy canes..<br />just that..<br />these ppl decorate their houses till it is soooo beautiful!<br />its like a mini orchard road in a neighbourhood..<br />except..<br />they have way nice decorations..<br />and everything is paid for by the occupants of the neighbourhood themselves!<br />it really is nice!<br />spore christmas light up can nvr be compared to this!<br />its like so much better<br />we din stay long though..<br />it was too cold..<br />like 8 bulletin..<br />and realised..<br />he was the lead pastor of the church<br />>.<<br /><br />we then went to Souplantation for lunch<br />however, we were there a little early..<br />it was already opened though..<br />but we wanted to use the coupons and it cld only be used after 11am..<br />so we went to WalMart to buy some stuffs..<br />and i bought another shin guard..<br />lawl..<br /><br />we then had Souplantation..and we had a mix of breakfast and lunch menu items..<br />their new soup of the month was Cranberry and Turkey Soup..<br />which was fabulous!<br />had 3 bowls =D<br />oso had a bowl of chicken noodle soup..<br />we oso had salads..<br />and pastas..<br />smth like a soup buffet!<br /><br />we then went home..<br />we saw that the snow caps were getting lower..<br Grace Community Church..<br />to watch the Live Nativity..<br />it was about the birth of Jesus Christ..<br />and they use real animals!<br />so we had transformed the church backyard into a little farm..<br />there were camels..donkeys..sheeps..and a lama i tink..<br />it was so COOL!<br /><br />we then went to In-N-Out for dinner<br />me,my sis..caleb..and uncle galvin had a double double..and my mum and aunt chweehoon had hamburgers..<br />it was still very nice<br /><br />we then pondered whether to go to Candycane Lane<br />but it was too cold..<br />so we decided to go some day this week..<br />Candycane Lane is a place where ppl decorate their houses with christmas lights so nicely, they look lovely!<br />its a must go place!<br /><br />alrites..<br />nth much to say le..<br serving still big..but we all managed to finish it =D<br /><br />first, we went to a big mall Citadel..it is very big..and it is an outdoor mall..it is made like a castle.<br />but it can get pretty hot and cold at the same time..<br />with those winds and a hot sun up in the skie..u dunnoe whether to say u are hot or cold..<br />haas<br /><br />we then went..to another mall..which is..Spectrum. universal studio.<br />woke up kinda early..<br />so we went there..<br />it was a very funny ride there..cos we cld nt find it..haas..was like in circles..<br /><br />we finally gt there..<br />and we bought the tickets..<br />and our universal studios adventure was just about to begin...<br /><br />it was like a real hollywood scene..(well actually it is..they do live filming there..)<br />we first went to Jurassic Park attraction..<br />It claimed to have a 85 foot vertical plunge..sudden drops and acceleration..and all sorts of words to petrify u.<br />but when we took the ride..it was like..nt vertical..nt sharp turn..and none of the words claimed by them..<br />it was like..so nt exciting..except for those loud roars from the dinosaurs..<br /><br />we then went onto the next ride..the REVENGE OF THE MUMMY..<br />it claims to be the world's only rollercoaster that goes forwards, and backwards, at accelerating speeds,sudden drops..dropping props..and screams of the mummy..the picture itself were enough to scare us.<br />but we just went on it..<br />and it was indeed fast..indeed turning..and indeed back and forth..but it ended quite early..<br />it was nt as bad..except m specs gt a little bent cos i put it in my jacket..and when i when forward..i probably squashed it..<br /><br />We then went to the show backdraft..<br />for those who know..backdraft is a show based on the heroism of the firefighters who battle away in a blazing furnace everyday..<br />so..they made this attraction..to let u experience it..<br />so we went in..and they had real fires..had the standing platform where we were at falling down a few metres..had pipes above us falling on us..mini explosions..etc..and it was so COOL!<br />I took a video of it..and will upload it too..haas..<br /><br />We then went to watch the 3D show Terminator 2 3D and it was not nice at all..<br />it was probably the world's most advanced technology..as claimed that it was by skynet..<br />its introduction was about a peek at the future..which seem like crazy things to me..<br />they had things like using bionic eyes to play basketball..where every shot goes in..din it occur to them that if they invented them..no one need to play basketball anymore cos u jus keep scoring from practically anywhere!!<br />the show soon started..and they had 4 big gigantic machines shooting lazers at us and each other and some boards above us..<br />it then showed the terminator coming out on this motorcycle..from the screen itself..started shooting blanks around the auditorium..then a few more people came out of the screen to shoot more blanks..covering the whole place with a smoky smell..then suddenly the terminator drove into the screen with another guy..and poof.they were in the screen..in the show itself..of cos that could be an illusion..u noe..special effects..<br />buts thats nt all..<br />they could stand out of the screen and shoot at the screen, causing the monsters of the screen to get shot at..and supposedly get injured..<br /><br />We then went to watch the show animal stars which showed the cast of EVAN ALMIGHTY. it showed how they trained the birds to carry the tools to build the ark..showed how clever the dogs were..showed how smart they were..and it was awesome..the dog behaved as if he knew what the guy was saying..the guy would say..stand up..sit down..stand up..sit down..move back..back..back..forward..forward..back..sit down..stand up..roll on your sides..stand up..ready..set..dun move..jump..and a whole lot of instructions which the dog did spontaneously..<br />it was incredible..<br /><br />We then went to watch the Water World..<br />it was a water stunt show..and involved fire..<br />nt very interesting though..though the effects were awesome..<br /><br />We then had lunch..<br />which was pizza and chicken tenders.<br /><br />We then went to....<br />House of HORROR..<br />it was a walk through experience..<br />and it started out quite ok..<br />then something came out of the darkness to scare us..<br />and my sister was getting scared..<br />then another scared us..<br />and at the exit..a horrible looking person came out and chased my sister still she cried..<br />LOL..<br />and when she finally saw light and i mean real sunlight..<br />the security personnal at the exit placed his hand infront of my sis and she yelled and cried!!<br />LOLS<br />it was scary..but i din think she would cry..<br />but she did..<br />lols<br /><br />We then put that aside..and went to watch Shrek 4D<br />it was a very very nice show..<br />i loved it!<br />it was based on Shrek 3..<br />and it involved ups and downs..water effects..and even tinkerbell shooting out of the screen!<br />hahas<br /><br />We then went for our last ride..<br />the EXCLUSIVE BEHIND THE SCENE UNIVERSAL STUDIO TOUR..<br />we saw the following..<br />-An actual on site filming for the next upcoming film Arnold..<br />-The tank where advertisements underwater are made<br />-The town for Desperate Housewives<br />-The scene for Evan Almighty where the ark was made and released..(it was actually a small lake..they just replaced the background in the show..i think the ark was stationary all the while..haas..)<br />-The scene for War of the Worlds<br />-The scene where they film any shows as long as they need a town..(ever wondered how they filmed at places u nvr find..such as certain towns calimed to be shot in paris or spain? well..they do it all at a town in universal studios..and just change the signs to a certain language..paint the buildings to mimick a certain location..and viola..u get paris at universal studios!)<br />-The scene for the return of the mummy..<br />-The scene of Jaws<br />-The stage of CSI<br />-The chalets for Directors<br />-The stage for a show which had trains falling all over and ground shaking..<br />-The live models of The fast and the furious Tokyo<br />-and many more stages that u nvr dream of!<br />it was the coolest thing i ever saw!<br /><br />hahahahs..<br />so alrites..<br />we then went home..<br />we had an awfully long journey home..cos of the traffic jam!<br I just loved it! haas<br /><br />I took a video of it..and i will definitely post the video of that on this blog..when i get home though..<br /><br />After the magical fireworks, we went home..so it was a interesting ride home..cos we saw an accident! This time..we went to the main service and nt the hawiian service..it was GREAT! The main service was wooohooo! It started pouring since i ever woke up..and it rained till i dunnoe when..it was soo sooo big..that ppl were getting afraid of it..but if this rain was in singapore, it probably be labeled as a light shower. -.-<br /><br />the panic probably started because of the california wildfires that occured 2 months ago..the trees were burnt, and officials were afraid of the possible occurance of a landslide due to heavy downpour which leads to soil erosion due to lack of trees..yaya..no nid explain further..hahas..<br /><br />our plan was to stay home and eat lunch..but then..we wanted to eat at Souplantation..so..we went there..wah..the route there was baddd...the rain was so heavy..u cant see the car in front of u for about 40m...it was that bad..<br /><br />thankgoodness nth happened..and we had our fufiling lunch. It was finished with a orange juice. Perfect.<br /><br />We then went on to Disneyland. It was a 45 min journey..Upon reaching, we ran off to Tomorrow land to take the nemo submarine voyage..awww...still, it was so crowded despite being so early liao..so no choice..have to queue for like ages...we finally got on this newly created ride..and we were all so excited..the submarine then sank down into the water, and when we were all ready for a fast,exciting ride, it stunned us all by moving like a tortoise. Without having to say anymore, you would probably guess what i would say..yup..the rest of the ride was almost like a torture..time wasted..its like..it seemed so interesting, but it ended up being a bore..they had nice effects, but it was just way too boring..<br /><br />We then went on to autopia again..cos caleb and jolyn loved it..and me too, cuz i get to bump their cars..LAWL..we then went to Adventure land..<br /><br />We took Indiana Jones Adventures..which was awesome! It involved taking a big jeep, and then going inside caves, and had steep drops, steep turns, and sudden stops..cool!<br /><br />We then went to take the Jungle Cruise. It was a ride through the jungles, and it was pretty interesting..<br /><br />WE then took the Pirates of the Carribean. It was a water ride, and it was quite fun.<br /><br />We then went to take Splash Mountain. WOOO..ARRRR..IT WAS WET, and WILD. Its way better then yeo's wet and wild of escape theme park.. its like..it when up up up, then came slightly down, and went up up up, and then went down slightly..then it turn around..and when all the way down..down..down..and splash!..we are all wet...whee hee..best thing is i sat at the front, and came out shivering cold....brrrrr...hahahas...<br /><br />We then went to take winnie the pooh ride. It was based on the story about the hundred acre wood getting flooded, and then pooh was dreaming..and it was a lazy ride..just like pooh bear..hahas..<br /><br />We then went on to take..Big Thunder Mountain ride..before we could take the ride, it was closed for ten minutes..jokes were abound..such as a wheel falling off during a ride..and power failure..but the real reason was never made known. We then went on the ride..and it was great great great! it went up..down..sharp turns..and it was awesome...incredibly, our clothes were all dry! woohoo..and the disney ppl allowed us to go again despite the long queue..probably cuz we had a great fun..hahahahs..<br /><br />We then went to take Peter Pan..which was like really flying..and i loved it..hahas..we then went to take the mr toad's wild ride..and it was not at all fantastic..but still nice..at least better then nemo..lols..<br /><br />we then went to take the carousel..which was dizzy-ly boring..and so we went home..<br /><br />We went to eat dinner..at California Pizza Kitchen..and We had California Club, Roasted Garlic Chicken, and Hawiianian. This was partly because auntie chwee hoon had to go to a place nearby to get her green card..so we waited at the mall for her..it was a great time at the mall. We had cinamon meltz..which tasted exceptinally good. We also had 2 cups of hot chocolate, which was a heavenly temptation in the cold chilly weather. We also had a Millenium apple, which was a green apple coated with dark chocolate and white ribbons..it was marvelous! I LOVED IT!<br /><br />We then went to buy some stuffs, such as things from Disney shop and we spent sometime in there..We then went to JC Penny, which is something like singapore's Metro..To my surprise, The David Beckham LA Glaxy Jersey was seling at 32 dollars..which was almost a 60% discount from the original selling price of 80 US dollar..so..I BOUGHT IT! We went to Ranch 99 which was located in Irvine. While buying the bread, we saw a MADMAN!!! He was like backing off from another person and throwing chairs around saying 'Get off!' repeatedly..<br /><br />We then went off to Disneyland. It was a great journey there. We were there pretty early too, but there was already a small crowd. We decided to troop off to the office first to see if we could extend our tickets to annual passes. Infact, thankfully, we managed to! It was available at an upgraded price of 30 dollars and we could go there anytime during the next year! It was one of the highlight of the day! hahahs<br /><br />We then went off to Tomorrow Land first. Most food in L.A are probably organic..so yup..its very nutritious. We bought several items. =D<br /><br />We had a mini BBQ for dinner, and Uncle Galvin makes really good food. hahahas..we then proceeded to Saddleback Church for night service. Yup, its the church of Pastor Rick Warren, the author of Singapore best selling book The Purpose Driven Life. The church is humoungously huge! I certainly think its about the size of NUS campus. We also bought the newset launched book by Kay Warren, the wife of Pastor Rick. It also ahd a autograph! hahahahs<br /><br />We then went home, and had a greattt sleep. It was a beautiful and great day!<br /><br />Day 10:<br /><br />Today we woke up early to go to church service again! =D We went to Grace Community Church this time. Service started at 9am, and the order of service was quite the same as that of All Saints! Except they sing much lesser songs..hahas..we then went down to Huntington Beach. I NEVER SEEN SUCH A BEAUTIFUL BEACH BEFORE! It was not as nice as the one in hong kong..hong kong calls it star harbour..america calls it Hollywood boulevard. Took a few photos though..<br /><br />We then went to Griffith park. It was real fun..hahas..it was also prety cold..because the park was at the top of a mopuntian. there was also a space observatory station up there, and we learnt alot about the moon.<br /><br />After that, we went to Ranch 99 for dinner. Wow..they served big portions..too much though..mixed vegetable rice there will seve 3 singaporeans, but it serves 1 american.<br /><br />thats biggg portion..hahas<br /><br />okay..so we completed the world hardest puzzle ever because it is double sided with a 90 degree rotation. it took us 3 days =)<br /><br />and now i am watching another dvd which is Happily Never After. I think they are much friendlier here! hahaha<br /><br />Today morning, we had bread for breakfast and banana cakes which were baked by the 'perfume' lady who is a neighbour around here at santa margarita. She's called the perfume lady because she wears a lot of perfume everyday.<br /><br />We then went to the nearby lake for a walk. It was a nice surrounding. We could see the mountain lines. Moreover, it was a sunny, but chilly day..haha. The lake had many ducks swiming around too!<br /><br />We then went off to a mall. It was biggg.....haha..We had lunch there. I had an itallian lunch that involved a big slice of pizza, a giant meatball, and a cup of pink lemonade. My goodness..they really eat alot there. The serving potions were humongously huge. And they do serve mixed vegetable rice there. However, those servings can be so huge it can serve up to 3 people! hahaha<br /><br />We then went around to shop, and we bought several things. And I saw David Beckham's number 23 Los Angeles Galaxy Shirt! Unfortunately, it cost US 80 so it was a bit to expensive for me to buy. But i took a photo with it though..hahas..Oh ya..we tried somehting called the Apple with caramel and brown sugar coating. It was delicious! hahaha..We also brought yoghurt that was nice..hahas<br /><br />WE then went back home and on the way home, i slept...hahah..so dun noe where we went to either..hahahas<br /><br />okayys..so tml is thanksgiving, and we gna stay home..gonna have loads to eat...hahahah..<br /><br />Okay...england lost 3-2 to Croatia, and they're out of Euro 2008. It was a ride that brings u around california in a thrilling form. It feels as if u are dipping down and up he mountains. Real cool.<br /><br />We then went to take the Mini Roller coaster. It was called some madhopping thingy. It had pretty sharp turns and steep drops, but otherwise okayy. Caleb was probably a little freak out.<br /><br />We then took another rollercoaster which was the California Screamer. Much like the name, it was very thrilling. It involved several deep turns, and a inversion. It infact started of at speeds of around..VERY fast. It sort of stopped there, and then after mickey counts down to 5, it zooms of with the aid of those boosters on the tracks. It is fast such that it can zoom up a 10 storey building without the help of those machines and carrying 40 ppl. Thats fast for goodness sake. and it then went rite down. ALmost took my heart out.<br /><br />We then took an interesting ferris wheel. It was unique. It could swing from side to side. It means that when the ferris wheel turns, you turn too, from side to side. It could well get very dizzy.<br /><br />We then went to Disneyland theme park. We took 1 ride there only, despite spending an awesome 5 hours there. This was because, we wanted to take the newly built Finding Nemo Submarine ride, but had to wait almost 2 hours. That followed by a search for 5 adults -.- because we got lost -.-<br /><br />We then went to eat lunch pinic style. and had to queue for the game Haunted MAnsion Holiday for 30 mins. After that, it was time for the parade which started at 3pm. I recorded the entire show. Should be up when i get home in spore.<br /><br />We then had dinner at a Restaurant near Santa Margarita called Chef Chen. It is a chinese restaurant owned by Taiwanese. They serve real nice foood..and they gave us Fortune crackers. IT contains a paper which says 'The change you started already have far reaching effects. Be Ready. Hahahaha. And it continues by teaching me how to say girlfriend in chinese. -.-<br />what a joke.<br />hahahah<br /><br />It was soon very dark despite being only 6.30pm. So, we went home to rest.<br /><br />Tomorrow we'll be resting at home. On Thursday, we'll be celebrating Thanksgiving with a huge turkey. Hopefully, the turkey will get here in time. Otherwise, my mum will replace it with Char Siew, Roast Pork, and honey glazed ham. Their breakfast has a wide variety. Of course, it had a mini incident there, as usual..hahas. We took turns to get STUCK unintentionally in the toilet. It started with caleb, then mum, and auntie chwee hoon<br />ahaha<br />what a joke ^^<br /><br />then we went to seaworld, and lydia was sooooo excited about elmo!<br />hahahah<br /><br />we went to see Shamu at his very own stadium. Shamu is a biggg killer whale, and he dived around the pool gracefully. Took the 25 mins video of shamu and his whally friends. WE met at T2 macdonalds. Soon, was on the plane and waiting for take off. It was exhilarating and an enjoyablem, pleasant journey. Had 3 meals on the plane. First had lunch, then reached Tokyo, had some fun there, then had dinner, and breakfast, and at los angeles. On the way there, we saw an unbelievable sight. It was a sky of vast mass of stars. It was like a fairy tale, only it was real. I also saw the horizon between daylight and night time. It was a sight to behold. It was magnificent.<br /><br />I must say I was pretty disappointed by the kind of service LAX provided. Yep, it indeed was a thorugh security check, but their aging custom officers who seem unable to use a computer were way too slow. It soon started to feel cold. It fet like malaysia at first. Bumpy roads, long expressways, and many traffic lights. But upon reaching my aunts house, it was like a castle. kekeke<br /><br />We went to send my cousin to his tuition as he had a chinese test, which he scored 98 marks. We shopped at many shopping centres and had dinner at a vietnamese restaurant. It was funny. I thought it was right hand driving. But it actually was left hand. Hence, i almost sat into thedriver's seat. hahaha. I also set off an alarm of a car because i accidentally hit it. -.-<br /><br />Tomorrow going to Sea world in san diego. wheex<br /><br />Nites ppl..<br /><br /><br />Day 2<br />Date: 17 nov la time<br />Temp: Freezing to me<br /><br />Today we went to San diego. Woke up very early. HAd bfast on the car. haha..reached san diego at ard 9amand went to the San Diego harbour. We then went to sea world at 10am. yeah! it was real fun. WEnt to many aquarims. We had bread for lunch. After a day of fun and shows, we wentto Souplantation for dinner. It was a buffet styled of salads and soups. VEry worht it at 8.99 US dollars. around 12 sing dollars. The soups were niceee..hahahs..the salads were great too.<br /><br />Calab slept on my arm through the journey home, and Lydia just smiled at me! ohh..the cute baby! hhaahah<br /><br />okayys..shall go and sleep liao<br /><br />tonite no more jet lag.<br /><br />next week on thursday have thanksgiving day and turkey.
